Process
Our vertically-integrated process combines cutting-edge technologies and machinery with an exceptional level of craftsmanship from our skilled operators, creating a semi-artisanal approach. Design & Sampling
We start by reworking our clients’ drawings to meet technical specifications. Leveraging our in-house 3D printers, we have the capability to create high-quality samples for aesthetic and technical checking.

Moulding
Once the design has been approved, the industrialization phase begins. We design and subsequently fabricate the mould within our in-house mechanical workshop, leveraging cutting-edge milling and wire as well as plunge EDM (electrical discharge machining) centres.

Mixing
Our mixing team produces the required colour batches. In our blending department, we meticulously create the batch of rubber compound. We carefully incorporate hand-added specific pigments into the neutral rubber. Our dedicated team of R&D experts excels in accurately identifying the precise pigment ratios required to recreate any desired colour reference.

Rubber Injection
The compound is charged into our state-of-the-art moulding machines and injected at high temperatures and pressures through an injection chamber within the closed mould. Once the rubber injection is completed, the vulcanization phase begins. After the compound has cross-linked, the mould opens and each piece is extracted manually.

Cleaning up & post-curing
Specific cryogenic machinery removes most of the semi-finished product burrs exploring extreme sub-zero temperatures (as low as -90°C). The next step is a post-curing treatment to remove any gaseous residue trapped in the compound and stabilise the polymer matrix.

Hand-finishing
Each product is skilfully hand-finished by our expert operators, who meticulously remove any minor imperfection. A preliminary quality control process takes place.

Quality Control
Our dedicated quality control team deeply inspects each product to ensure it meets our rigorous standards of structural integrity, aesthetic finish, and dimensional accuracy. Thanks to advanced measuring equipment and rigorous testing protocols, every item leaving our facilities fulfils the highest quality benchmarks. AQL quality control can be carried out on request.
